bootspetro.com holds the right to decline returns for items sent beyond a specific timeframe or in a condition differing from their original shipped state. Should you need to return multiple items—even those from separate orders—consolidating them into a single box is allowed. A crucial note: All return forms must be included; without these, refunds cannot be processed accurately.​

Returns to bootspetro.com are only accepted if they are the original products, in their original packaging, and remain undamaged.​

Upon receiving your return in satisfactory condition, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you utilized for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and connected to the email address you provided. It’s important to note that credit card refunds are always subject to the credit card issuer’s policies, and returns or refunds may occasionally take longer than the standard timeframe.​
